Eligibility for Returns
You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products due to misuse
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or manuals
- Items not purchased directly from www.oweka.in (please contact your original retailer)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at care@owekaelectricals.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Approved returns must be shipped back to us using a trusted courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the damage with your email.
- Once verified, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
