Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. For bulk or special orders, please write to care@owekaelectricals.in.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or special zone deliveries may take a little longer.
- You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below the minimum free shipping value.
- Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link on your registered email or mobile number.
- You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link.
Delivery Issues
- In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters), we’ll keep you updated proactively.
- If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (Optional)
If you plan to offer COD:
- Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50.
- Our team or courier partner may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.
International Shipping
